Cancellation Policy

For bookings under the Tuesday and Thursday Special, Discounted, or Standard fee options, it is your responsibility to ensure that all loan documents are issued and ready at least 3 days before the scheduled appointment date. Do not book a spot if you are still waiting for bank confirmation. Deferrals & Additional Fees If your loan documents are not ready in time and you need to defer, you must pay the difference between your original fee and the applicable fee for the new booking date based on the updated timeline. Rescheduling within 48 hours will incur a $100 rescheduling fee plus any fee differences. Cancellation Policy 7 days’ notice or more: Full refund (minus a $50 administrative fee). 3–6 days’ notice: 50% refund. Less than 48 hours’ notice: No refund. What could justify a Premium Fee: Urgent or Last-Minute Bookings: For clients who need an appointment within a very short timeframe and bank is ready to issue loan instructions (e.g., within 24 - 48 hours). High-Demand Times: For bookings during peak periods, like the first week of the month, the end of the financial year, or key business hours. Exclusive Service: If clients are requesting personalized, urgent, or priority service that requires extra resources or attention. Each slot is valid for one property refinance. If you are refinancing multiple properties, please book a separate slot for each.
